Neck Size - Will fit a 48 - 55 cm neck
Neck Size - Will fit a 19 -  22 inch neck

To measure your dog's neck for a collar, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it snugly around the base of their neck where the collar will naturally sit. Ensure you can comfortably slip one to two fingers between the tape and your dog's neck for a proper fit. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and then measure the string with a ruler to find the size.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you and your pup to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Collars must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return courier shipping back to our address.

We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your collar for a different size or style, please contact us first to arrange the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Sizing

Please ensure you measure your dog carefully before purchasing. We are happy to assist with sizing guidance before you place your order.

Delivery Policy

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Typical delivery times are:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery is the responsibility of the courier company. While we work closely with our delivery partners, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow our Returns Policy.

If a refund is approved following cancellation before dispatch, it will be processed to the original payment method.
